Our Pre-Qualification Process

If you’re a potential homebuyer, getting pre-qualified for a mortgage is an excellent way to show a seller that you are a serious candidate… and that you’re going to get the mortgage you need to make the deal happen.     Typically, your last two pay stubs, W-2s and asset statements are sufficient documentation. For more involved income, such as K-1, self-employed or extensive dividend and interest income, we’ll require full tax returns as well.
